Nippon Seigokan Overseas Headquarters, through Masatomi Tsuji Shihan (8th Dan), his Head Director, has recently recognized new Seigokan group members from Indonesia, Venezuela, Australia, India and Mexico under the responsability and supervision of Takeshi Fukuchi Shihan (7th Dan) and the founder group of Seigokan in Mexico under the responsability of Jose Santana Shihan (6th Dan) towards the Seigokan Hombu Dojo, in Himeji, Japan.
