International Gojuryu Karatedo Seigokan Federation - IGKSF 國際剛柔流空手道正剛館連盟 was recognised by Kancho Seigo Tada III in 2003 and is in the process of formalising the formation.
Took place in 2013, 20 and 21 July, the 68th Anniversary and 88th Championships of Seigokan at the Budokan of Himeji, in Kyoto, Japan.
Delegations of Hong Kong and other countries were present.
